Sara is the Co-Founder and President of SmartWaste Inc, an industry-leading waste management technology platform that improves the efficiency of capital projects, programs, and operations. She leads SmartWaste's product development efforts, working with customers to design innovative solutions to the waste management challenges they face.

Shyanne supports clients on their journey to zero waste and is especially passionate about upstream efforts to minimize waste production. She hopes to create change by promoting the circular economy through education, advocacy and policy work.

Sarah White works to encourage innovation framed within indigenous, ecology-based wisdom. She also works to build community while collaborating on new approaches to solve overdue problems for clients, and the larger community.
